Meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m.
DISCUSSION
Richard Dixon
Rich began the meeting by giving a description of the project.
The project consists of the demolition of a building, and the construction of a new building, which will house a state-of-the-art wellness center for seniors, and the renovation of the current property on their campus. Stating the project totals approximately $7.5 – $8 million. The campus houses Chautauqua County residents, and 55% are from outside the county.
There were no questions; the committee is familiar with the project.

I move to accept Resolution No. 11-27-17-01.
Resolution recommending that the Board of Directors of Chautauqua County Capital Resource Corporation consider adopting a bond resolution to authorize (A) The issuance by Chautauqua County capital Resource corporation of its revenue bonds in an aggregate principal amount presently estimated not to exceed $7,300,000 for the benefit of Lutheran Housing Administrative Services Group, Inc. D/B/A/ Lutheran Senior Housing and (B) The execution of related documents.

All members voted in favor of the resolution to recommend / adopt the bond request to the Board of Director’s regarding, Lutheran Housing Administrative Services Group, Inc. D/B/A Lutheran Senior Housing.
