Meeting was called to order at 9:36 a.m.
DISCUSSION
Discussion took place regarding the CCIDA Board Evaluations. Four questions received less than 100%.
Question 5: The Board is working to set clear and measurable performance goals for the Authority that contribute to accomplishing its mission.
Kevin will email metrix to the Board prior to the December Board meeting.
Question 10: The Board knows the statutory obligations of the Authority and if the Authority is in compliance with state law.
A PAAA review session will be scheduled the 1st Quarter of 2016 – Request synopsis & detail from George Cregg.
Question 14: The Board exercises appropriate oversight of the CEO and other executive staff, including setting performance expectations and reviewing performance annually.
Kevin to review with Board quarterly.
Question 15: The Board has identified the areas of most risk to the Authority and works with management to implement risk mitigation strategies before problems occur.
Request areas of risk from Board.
After the evaluation review, moving the day of the Board meeting was discussed. A Board poll will be taken.
