Meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m.
DISCUSSION
Rich Dixon – Introduced staff, committee and auditors.
Dave DiTanna – Advised that Justin would share a Power Point.
Justin Isaman – Reviewed a PowerPoint discussing the scope of the audit, internal controls, compliance requirements, and their responsibility.
Dave DiTanna – Did anything come up over the course of the year that was fraudulent?
Mike Metzger and Hans Auer – Not that they were aware of.
Justin Isaman – Reviewed factors influencing evaluation. Continued to review Power Point. Reviewed audit deliverables and timetables.
Audit Committee to meet March 15th, 2022 at 8:00 a.m.
Audit Presentation – March 22nd at Board Meeting.
Meeting adjourned – 5:30 p.m.
