Meanwhile, the CCIDA had become aware that The Resource Center (TRC) was mass-producing fabric masks. STANNARD GROUP, LLC HEADQUARTER’S CONSTRUCTION UNDERWAY IN MASON INDUSTRIAL PARK
Construction of Stannard Group, LLC’s (Stannard) headquarters in the Mason Industrial Park, located in the Town of Ellicott, is currently underway. In May of 2019, the Chautauqua County Industrial Development Agency (CCIDA) approved a 15-year payment in lieu of taxes (PILOT) incentive for the new construction project, which will retain Stannard in Chautauqua County and will retain 35 employees and create 1 new job.
