DISCUSSION
Mike Metzger
I would like to call to order the Governance Committee of the Capital Resource Corporation. We are on Zoom and it is December 21, 2021 with a time of 9:42 a.m. The new business we have is to discuss the CCCRC contract with the CCIDA.
George Cregg
Explained a draft contract has been started and is not final. George and Rich need to discuss and possibly discuss with the Governance Committee. Contract related to how funds are transferred between the organizations. A resolution will likely be required. Explained the contract and what it would cover/its purpose. Explained the difference between the organizations and their “powers”.
Mike Metzger
Thank you. We will not address this until we have time to further review it and then present it in January.
George Cregg
I would recommend that you make a recommendation to the CRC. I can prepare a resolution, after the fact.
Mike Metzger
Ok, Gary or Brad, do you see where we would be making any different appointments between the IDA and CRC? Or would you recommend any if not?
Gary Henry
I don’t see a reason to have different.
Brad Walters
Yeah, I don’t know why we would change anything at this point.
Mike Metzger
If it’s ok with you, I will accept Gary’s motion and Brad’s second, to recommend to the CCCRC Board that amendment. All those in favor?
