I will now call the County of Chautauqua Industrial Development Agency (CCIDA) Board of Director’s meeting to order. We are meeting at CCIDA, 200 Harrison Street, Jamestown, NY.   Today is October 21^st, 2015 (10:07a.m.).

I will now have roll call.

Kelly Farrell DuBois – Here, David Bryant – Here, Hans Auer – Here, and Dennis Rak – Here, George Borrello – Here, Kim Peterson – Here, and Mike Metzger – Here.  We have a quorum and will begin the meeting.

I would like a motion to accept the September 21^st, 2015, minutes.

We have a Deviation Hearing.

Rich Dixon

Called the Deviation Hearing to Order – 10:09 am.

The Deviation Hearing is for the Tax Lease and PILOT for 26 E Talcott Street project.  All of the Taxing Jurisdictions were invited to speak.

There were no comments – written or oral.

The Deviation Hearing was closed at 10:10 am.

We will table Resolution A until after the Budget Report.

Resolution Taking Preliminary Action Toward the Acquisition and Straight Leasing of a Certain Project for Arkwright Summit Wind Farm LLC and Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of a Preliminary Agreement with the Applicant with Respect to Such Transaction..

Gave a detailed overview of the project.  There was general discussion among the Board.

We are now in regular session.  Greg Peterson drafted Resolution Number 10-21-15-03 – Resolutions of the Board of Directors of County of Chautauqua Industrial Development Agency Authorizing the Lease of Equipment Formally Owned by Rae Foods, Inc. to Vetter Vineyards, Inc. or Its Assignees.
