Battery Point Villas To Break Ground in Spring
Mark Geise, Deputy County Executive for Economic Development/Chief Executive Officer of the County of Chautauqua Industrial Development Agency (CCIDA), together with Erie Land Development, LLC, announce that the Battery Point Villas luxury apartment complex project planned for 468 Lake Shore Drive East in the City of Dunkirk will break ground in the spring of 2020.
CCIDA Approves Loans for Two Community Projects
Mark Geise, Deputy County Executive for Economic Development/Chief Executive Officer of the County of Chautauqua Industrial Development Agency (CCIDA), announced today that the CCIDA Board of Directors has approved an AL Tech RLF loan in the amount of $100,000 to assist Megalomania LLC with real estate acquisition financing in Dunkirk, N.Y. In addition, a CRLF Working Capital Loan, in the amount of $50,000, was approved for Mark Graham d/b/a Graham’s Market in Sherman, N.Y.
STANNARD GROUP, LLC HEADQUARTER’S CONSTRUCTION UNDERWAY IN MASON INDUSTRIAL PARK
Construction of Stannard Group, LLC’s (Stannard) headquarters in the Mason Industrial Park, located in the Town of Ellicott, is currently underway. In May of 2019, the Chautauqua County Industrial Development Agency (CCIDA) approved a 15-year payment in lieu of taxes (PILOT) incentive for the new construction project, which will retain Stannard in Chautauqua County and will retain 35 employees and create 1 new job.
